Rick Fogelman is responsible for the overall business strategies of the Fogelman organization, as well as oversight of the Fogelman family’s real estate investments. Since joining Fogelman in 1988, Rick has been involved in all facets of the company’s acquisition, disposition, and capital market activities. Over these 35 years, Fogelman has invested in over $4 billion of multifamily assets, while expanding its investment platform and joint venture relationships. Rick serves on Fogelman’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
Rick earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA degree from the University of Memphis. Rick serves on the board of directors of the National Multi-Housing Council and is past Vice President of the Tennessee Apartment Association. He is also a board member of Memphis Jewish Community Center, Junior Achievement of the Mid South, and the Orpheum Theatre Group.
