Collaborating across teams, Melissa shapes the customer journey from lead generation to resident retention, aligning initiatives with Fogelman’s strategic goals.
Melissa brings extensive experience from her roles in marketing and communications at ServiceMaster, FedEx, and Juice Plus+, as well as her background in consulting for public and private firms. She holds a BBA from Mississippi State University and an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
