We use a variety of proven investment structures, including outright ownership, joint ventures with institutional and private investors, and passive limited partner investments.
Fogelman uses its in-house property management expertise to maximize operational success of our investment assets. Our team has successfully operated multifamily communities in many of our current markets for decades. As a result of our extensive operational experience and focus on the fundamentals, we have invested in 114 multifamily communities, totaling more than 30,000 apartment homes, while generating an average internal rate of return (IRR) in excess of 20%.
