Fogelman Management Group (FMG) announced today that they have been awarded two new management contracts totaling 606 units, increasing the company’s presenceinGeorgiaandNorthCarolina. These newly managed communities are as follows:
Cypress Point Apartments, located in Alpharetta, GA, was completed in 1997 and contains 306 apartment homes. The community is currently 96% occupied and offers one, two, and three bedroom floor plans ranging from 725‐1,275 square feet, with monthly rental rates from $770 to $1,350.
The Waterford Apartments, located in Raleigh, NC, was completed in 2000 and contains 300 apartment homes. The community is currently 93% occupied and offers one, two, and three bedroom floor plans ranging from 652‐1,276 square feet, with rents from $690 to $1,100.
According FMG President Mark Fogelman, “We are excited to continue to gain market share in these southeastern markets, which we have served for more than 25 years. FMG is now managing a total of nine separate communities in the greater Atlanta area and three separate communities in the greater Raleigh area and we will continue to target these markets for additional growth opportunities”
